Rate:: $27.00-$32.13/hour Plus Sign-On-Bonus up to $3,000 Plus Additional Shift Differential for 3p-11p and 11p-7a!!!

Key Responsibilities:

* Resident Care:
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to residents' needs.

* Medication Administration:
Accurately administer medications and treatments per care plans.

* Collaboration:

Work with the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans.

* Documentation:
Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress.

* Leadership:
Guide and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure optimal care.

Qualifications:

* Licensure:
Active and valid LPN license

* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

* Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (preferred).
