As an RCA Healthcare Float Pool LPN
, you’ll have the opportunity to work with diverse teams, support residents in different settings, and enjoy the stability of a consistent employer while experiencing variety in your day-to-day role.

00 shift differential for 2p-10p, and $1.50 for overnights.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in New York State
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to float between facilities as needed
