Program Duration: Summer 2026 (10 Weeks)
Pay Range: $18–$25 per hour (based on location, experience, and academic level)
Our Summer Internship Program offers real-world exposure to modern manufacturing environments and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects from day one. Over 10 weeks, you will gain:

What You’ll DoAs a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, you will:
- Partner with manufacturing teams to optimize processes and workflows.
- Assist in developing and implementing production solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Shadow engineers to gain insights into manufacturing operations.
- Complete a capstone intern project and present results to leadership.
We’re seeking motivated students who are ready to learn, grow, and contribute:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
- Familiarity with CAD software and lean manufacturing principles preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work on-site at one of our locations for the duration of the program.
