We acquired ADPRO Sports in July 2023. ADPRO Sports is a subsidiary of Legends Global Merchandise and is a prominent leader in the branded merchandise market. We are seeking a skilled Coordinator-Promotional & Branded Merchandise to join our team to deliver superior products and services with integrity and accountability.

The Heat Press Machine Operator is responsible for producing a quality garment in a timely fashion by following a production spec sheet and/or art sheet using a Hotronix Heat Press Machine to apply logos, names, and numbers to jerseys and other apparel. The position requires following directions to ensure the product meets customer expectations, maintaining acceptable quality and productivity, and keeping a clean and safe work area.

The role also requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Heat Press Machine Operator plays a vital role in the ongoing production functions of the Company. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include:

• Produces accurate quality decorated garments using a Hotronix Heat Press Machine
• Follows the direction on production specification sheet and/or art sheet provided for each customer order
• Maintains a clean organized work area
• Functions well as part of a team with the entire production department
• Assists in the development and/or institutes new procedures to improve accuracy and quality of products
• Assists other production areas when needed
• Assists Laser operator in weeding material

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Be detail-oriented in nature and apply this to all produced product
• The ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities, meet assigned deadlines, and manage related stress
• Sound organizational, records management, time management skills, and attention to detail

• A high school diploma or GED
• A minimum of two years of experience with embroidery machines or related experience
• An equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of machines used throughout the production process

The Heat Press Machine Operator is primarily in a warehouse environment and may be exposed to varying weather and temperature conditions. Physical requirements include:

• Continuous movement throughout the production department
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally
• Fine motor skills including manual dexterity

Competitive Pay of $17.00 - $19.00 per hour commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
