Key Responsibilities:- Formulation of colors using Akzo Noble colorants and coatings
- Creation of new finishing techniques that are “production friendly”
- Perform ceruse, painted, and weathered finishes to match samples
- Produce samples to match designer’s samples with short lead times
- Research new finishing techniques
- Be a self-starter and willing to work additional hours as required
- Verify correct finish application by checking paperwork for color and sheen, ensuring it matches samples
- Maintain spray equipment and work with the finishing team to uphold safety standards
- Handle hazardous materials in accordance with regulations, including proper tracking
Minimum 1 year of furniture finishing experience.

The starting compensation range for this role is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), and more.
