Lactalis USA, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Cheesemaker Trainee based in Buffalo, New York.

Responsible for the production of high-quality consistent product and correct kettle/processor formulation.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Previous food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform a multitude of tasks.
• Strong communication abilities, written and verbal.
• Knowledge of computer software preferred:
  Work, Excel, Power Point.
• Education and/or
  
  Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Associate degree in Dairy Science/Chemistry preferred.
