Job Summary

Rotech Systems LLC is hiring a Welders / Fabricator in Buffalo, NY. This full‑time position is Monday‑Friday, 1st‑shift, with hourly pay ranging from $18 to $35 per hour, and includes benefits (WNDOE). The role involves fabricating and repairing metal parts using various welding techniques.

• Weld in all positions using MIG and TIG (steel, stainless steel, and copper).
• Perform arc welds on any commercially weld‑able material.
• Read and work from blueprints and shop drawings.
• Maintain current individual qualifications to applicable Retech workmanship standards.
• Act as an active team member in the manufacturing plant and assist other employees.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.

• Ability to layout jobs with minimal supervision.
• Certified forklift driver.
• Experience using overhead cranes.
• Knowledge of rigging.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of welding experience.
• Welder, Fabricator, Millwright, or Mechanic experience is acceptable.
• Willing to accept a trainee.

• Versatile and team‑oriented with safety as a top priority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to adapt to a fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to apply common sense to execute instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Problem‑solving skills for standard situations involving multiple variables.
• Special skills may include welding exotic metals, hard‑face copper, brass, copper‑to‑steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and alloy steels.

• Regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, hear, and talk.
• Frequently use hands, reach, and operate hand tools.
• Occasionally reach with hands or arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
• Occasionally climb or balance while talking or hearing.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Requires close vision, color vision, and depth perception.
• Work in a manufacturing setting.
