Assembler (Pipe)
Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Pipe Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble high‑quality Lube Oil Consoles, Gas Conditioning Skids, and related systems by interpreting engineering drawings and schematics. This position supports critical equipment used throughout the global energy industry and requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret and work from arrangement drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and blueprints
- Assemble skidded equipment and bolt piping systems accurately and efficiently
- Install bolted, flanged, and gasketed connections in accordance with specified torque requirements
- Perform pipe fitting and welding tasks as required
- Drill and tap holes up to ½” in diameter
- Operate hand and power tools including drills and grinders
- Safely operate tow motors and overhead and jib cranes
- Lift materials and components weighing up to 50 lbs
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Complete assigned tasks independently while adhering to work instructions
- Perform additional duties as needed to support production goals
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in production or mechanical assembly
- Strong proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience assembling piping with bolted flange connections
- Wrench and ratchet sets with sockets
- Crescent wrenches and pipe wrenches
- Pry bar set and C‑clamps
- Dead blow hammer and small sledge hammer
- Levels, tape measure, square, and plumb bob
- Pliers, channel locks, and vice grips
- Center punch, razor knife, air gun, tap handle, and flashlight
- Climate‑controlled facility for year‑round comfort
- Exposure to diverse systems serving Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemical, and Industrial Gas industries
- Stable workload due to industry diversification

- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Permanent position based out of Buffalo, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 – $28.00/hr.
