The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Transformation Delivery Manager to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Transformation Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for enabling the successful delivery of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $129,400 - $162,900 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

What will you do?
  • Develop and implement enterprise-level change management strategies and frameworks aligned with transformation office priorities and goals
  • Partner with program and project managers to embed change management into design and delivery, coordinating business readiness and go‑live planning across functions
  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments, identify people‑related risks and resistance, and implement mitigation tactics to ensure smooth transitions
  • Create and deliver comprehensive change plans including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training approaches, and reinforcement mechanisms
  • Monitor adoption and benefits realization by defining and tracking behavioral and operational metrics, reporting actionable insights to leadership and driving accountability
More about you
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational change, human resources, information systems, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus
  • Change management certifications such as Prosci, ACMP CCMP, or equivalent strongly preferred; project or program management certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience leading or supporting large-scale change initiatives, ideally within enterprise transformation, ERP, or process optimization programs
  • Experience managing business readiness activities during technology implementations and process redesign efforts
  • Solid understanding of change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR, and their application to ERP, process redesign, and automation initiatives
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM and experience with automation technologies and concepts such as RPA, workflow automation, and AI‑driven tools
  • A ability to conduct and interpret change impact and readiness assessments related to system, process, and technology transformation
