Responsibilities:

• Manage Six Sigma process improvement projects within the mortgage loan origination domain; collaborate with business and IT teams to understand needs and ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and track project management deliverables such as schedules, status reports, resource plans, risks, and issues logs.
• Analyze and communicate issues and risks related to projects.
• Lead projects from both business and IT perspectives; set clear expectations for milestones and manage teams accordingly.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing projects on both IT and business sides.
• Experience managing Six Sigma business process improvement projects.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a MUST.
• Mortgage loan origination or banking industry experience.
• Strong project management discipline, including risk and issue management, scope control, and schedule management.
• Prior consulting experience in a large corporate environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage tight deadlines, and maintain strategic oversight.
• Understanding stakeholder objectives and aligning project goals accordingly.
• Ability to build and lead project teams effectively.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to influence and manage difficult stakeholders.
• Leadership, assertiveness, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
