Ready to take the lead in keeping our facilities safe, clean, and running smoothly? Rosina Food Products, Inc. is hiring a hands‑on Building Maintenance & Grounds Manager to oversee facility upkeep, manage vendors, and ensure our buildings and outdoor spaces stay in top shape.

• Manage daily maintenance and repair of buildings, parking lots, lawns, and sidewalks
• Supervise a small internal maintenance crew and coordinate outside contractors (landscaping, snow removal, etc.)
• Oversee preventative maintenance schedules using our CMMS system
• Manage maintenance budget, inventory, and purchasing of tools and supplies
• Lead facility improvement projects from planning to completion
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with HR on staffing, communication, and employee development

• 5+ years of experience managing facility maintenance and grounds
• Experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments preferred
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and building systems
• Organized, safety‑focused leader with strong communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple vendors and projects at once
• Associate degree in Engineering, Facilities, or a related field preferred
