Base pay range$/yr - $/yr

- Deep understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control methodologies, and ERP platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of aseptic, food safety, sanitation, traceability, and lot control requirements.
- Expertise in logistics strategy, transportation management, and third‑party logistics partnerships.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into action.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA requirements, and best practices in warehouse and transportation operations.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, relationship‑building, and change‑management skills.
- Entrepreneurial and continuous‑improvement mindset.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment and shipping/receiving.
- Ensure accurate, compliant storage and handling of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, including strict adherence to food safety, allergen control, and traceability standards.
- Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs including inventory accuracy, order accuracy, productivity, on‑time shipment, and safety performance.
- Lead inventory optimization strategies to minimize stock‑outs, aged inventory, and obsolescence while supporting production and customer service needs.
- Partner with Planning and Procurement to ensure accurate forecasting, material availability, and inventory turns.
- Oversee cycle‑counting programs and physical inventories to ensure system accuracy and audit readiness.
- Manage warehouse budgets, capital investments, labor strategies, and resource allocation.
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, company policies, and best‑in‑class safety standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and technology solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and maintain an enterprise logistics strategy supporting domestic and international distribution of aseptic products.
- Lead carrier and 3PL strategy, including selection, contract negotiation, performance management, and continuous optimization.
- Ensure transportation solutions align with manufacturing schedules, customer requirements, and food safety standards.
- Provide visibility and communication on shipments, delivery performance, delays, and exceptions.
- Build resilient logistics plans that account for seasonality, peak demand, and business growth.
- Drive logistics cost management and productivity initiatives while maintaining service excellence.
- Analyze warehousing logistics costs, identifying and executing opportunities for sustainable cost reduction.
- Develop and maintain risk mitigation and business continuity plans to protect supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial governance standards.
- Provide visible, hands‑on leadership across all warehouse and logistics teams.
- Build a high‑performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Establish clear performance expectations, conduct regular coaching and performance reviews, and develop succession plans.
- Champion training, development, and knowledge‑building across teams to support long‑term organizational capacity.
- Model values of quality, integrity, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership in shaping the future of the company’s supply chain.
- Continuously seek ways to improve systems, processes, and team effectiveness in support of the company's mission to deliver premium aseptic products to customers nationwide.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain management or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred. - 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management, preferably within food, beverage, or aseptic manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, high‑volume operations.
- Experience supporting regulated manufacturing environments (FDA, USDA, SQF, GFSI, or similar) strongly preferred.
