Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown is looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Aide to support daily hotel operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and helping ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests.

• Complete basic maintenance tasks: light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on guest rooms and hotel equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff in a timely manner
• Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and exterior upkeep
• Report larger maintenance issues to the Chief Engineer

• Previous maintenance/handyman experience preferred, but not required
• Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and building systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings as needed
