Mary Agnes Manor -
Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks according to schedules
- Assist with room setups, furniture moves, and facility improvements
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas, including walkways, parking lots, and landscaped grounds
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
- Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report any major issues to management
- Previous experience in building maintenance, facilities, or environmental services preferred (healthcare or senior living environment a plus)
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and respectful toward residents and staff
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
