Warehouse Lighting Technician (L3) OverviewResponsible for the set-up, breakdown, and operation of small to large lighting systems for live events. Reports to and works with the Lighting Department Head to execute show needs.
Key Responsibilities for the Lighting Technician (L3)- Equipment Operation/Maintenance
- Lighting fixture setup and focus, electrical and dimmer controls, lighting console programming and operation.
- Rigging safety knowledge for lighting equipment
- Strong computer skills – CAD or Vector Works a plus
- General Audio, Lighting, Rigging, Décor, Staging abilities & knowledge
- Pull Equipment, Load In, Set up, Operate, Take Down, Load Out & Shop duties
- Warehouse & Equipment Responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills proven through demonstrated ability to interact well with clients both internal and external.
- Maintain a professional image in compliance with company appearance/dress code
- Must be able to accommodate a flexible and short-notice work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
