We’re looking for a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our global purchasing team. You’ll play a key role in aligning purchasing and supply chain strategies with business goals while leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Relocation assistance is available for this position.
What You’ll Do- Lead procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management functions
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support production and customer needs
- Build and manage strong supplier relationships while driving cost savings and quality improvements
- Oversee demand forecasting, capacity planning, and material flow to support production schedules
- Optimize logistics, freight, and distribution while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Champion continuous improvement, lean practices, and supply chain risk management
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s a plus)
- Supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in manufacturing a plus
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Proven ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and lead cross-functional teams
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems; APICS/CSCP or Six Sigma certification a plus
