Management Trainee - Buffalo, NY

Schedule: 7:30AM - 4:30PM (Monday - Friday), every other Saturday 8AM - 12PM

This position offers hands‑on training through rotations in multiple roles and branch locations throughout the Buffalo area.

There is no set time frame to complete the trainee program. Advancement is based on performance, development, and business needs, with the goal of finding the position that best fits each employee’s strengths. While there is no guaranteed end position, this program is designed to support long‑term career growth within Irr Supply.

• Rotate through various positions to learn branch operations and company processes
