Location:

Duties:

• Handle a variety of litigation matters from start to finish.
• Work alongside a team of legal professionals in the firm’s litigation department.
• Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure the efficient handling of cases.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and developments.
• Provide high-quality legal services and counsel to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in litigation, preferably in a variety of practice areas.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, rules, and court systems.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active state bar membership (New York Bar).
