A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of relevant experience to join its Buffalo, NY office. The firm specializes in complex real estate finance transactions, representing developers, lenders, and investors in multi-family housing and commercial real estate projects.

• Assist in the development and financing of real estate projects.
• Collaborate with clients on tax-exempt bonds and conventional debt transactions.
• Engage in the syndication of various tax credits.

• 2-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Interest in affordable housing, community development, and related fields preferred.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Admitted to practice law in New York State.
