Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year

We are seeking a junior-level Corporate and Commercial Transactions Associate to support a growing corporate practice advising business clients on a wide range of transactional matters.

• Assist the team across all areas of general corporate and commercial law
• Draft, review, and revise commercial documents related to business formation, including shareholder agreements, operating agreements, merger and acquisition agreements, and contracts
• Support and advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, shareholder and operating agreements, and financing transactions
• Evaluate corporate policies and procedures for compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and ethical requirements
• Perform legal research related to corporate and transactional matters
• Work closely with attorneys across practice areas to deliver comprehensive client solutions

• 2 to 3 years of experience in general corporate law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, or contracts
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
