They advise developers and organizations on sophisticated transactions involving multifamily housing, tax‑advantaged financing structures, and large‑scale development projects across more than 30 states, combining big‑deal experience with a small‑firm feel.
Job Description- Support complex commercial real estate and multifamily housing transactions from start to finish
- Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, joint ventures, and financing matters
- Draft, review, and revise real estate agreements, closing documents, and ancillary transaction materials
- Coordinate due diligence and closings with clients, lenders, and outside counsel
- Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on high‑value, fast‑moving deals
- 1+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience
- Experience with multifamily, development, or financing transactions preferred
- Strong drafting, editing, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline‑driven environment
- Licensed to practice law in New York or eligible for admission
- Small, collegial team with national‑level work
- Real responsibility and client exposure early on
- Strong mentorship and skill development
