Role Description
This full‑time attorney will handle personal injury litigation cases, providing legal advice, conducting research, and engaging in negotiation. Day‑to‑day tasks include representing clients in court, preparing legal documents, and working collaboratively with a dedicated team to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Legal Advice and Research
- Proficient in Negotiation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in personal injury litigation is a plus
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New York State Bar
