Associate Attorney

Overview

About the Role: We’re looking for a New York attorney with at least one or more years of experience in civil litigation to represent lenders’ interests. Duties will include managing a portfolio of cases and drafting motions for summary judgment, memorandums of law, review of client documentation, and correspondence with clients.

The ideal candidate be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Communication skills and the ability to work well with others are also important as you will interact regularly with clients, agents, and other law firms. Candidate must be in good standing and admitted to NYS Bar.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

* Base pay offered will vary by candidate and is based on various individual factors including but not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits).
