Well&Nest Recruiting LLC has partnered with a well-known plaintiff personal injury firm. The firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of personal injury cases from the initial investigation to settlement or trial.
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
- Prepare legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring the best interests are represented.
- Contribute to the firm's overall growth by providing legal representation and support to senior attorneys.
- Navigate multiple cases, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school,
- Licensed to practice law in the state of New York
- Minimum of one year of experience in personal injury litigation
- Salary plus bonuses tied to performance

Amherst, NY (In-office)
Compensation:$75K-$200K (Includes a base plus bonus structure)
