Banking and Financial Services Attorney (4-6 yrs)
Join Phillips Lytle LLP to work in our Banking and Financial Services Practice Group. The firm represents a wide range of financial institutions and prominent businesses on sophisticated national transactions.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- 4-6 years of experience handling secured financial transactions and/or commercial real estate transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, mortgages, security agreements, and related collateral documents.
- Collecting and reviewing due diligence materials such as title reports, UCC searches, entity formation documents, and leases.
- Providing client counsel and taking significant responsibility in a flexible workplace that values community engagement and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Participating in a supportive, inclusive environment with mentoring, feedback, and training.
Annual salary range: $137,000-$153,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience or other job-related factors permitted by law.
