Corporate Law / Business Attorney

Lateral candidates with books of business will participate in the firm’s lateral attorney compensation program. Candidates will be well‑versed in providing practical and strategic business advice to small and mid‑size private companies and have demonstrated expertise in a broad range of business and corporate matters.

Experience in corporate formation/governance, commercial contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance matters, and licensing and regulatory issues at the federal, state, and local levels is required.

Candidates should anticipate working on matters involving non-disclosure and similar proprietary agreements, business and shareholder disputes, executive compensation and employment matters, and risk management and business succession planning.

The successful candidate will possess excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills, demonstrate strong client relationship management abilities, and have the ability to work collaboratively within a team across multiple legal disciplines.

Leadership experience and a proactive approach to business development are highly valued.

Candidates with portable business or referral relationships that can be anticipated to lead to new business are strongly encouraged to apply.

Candidates with at least ten years of experience practicing in a private law firm setting are preferred but not required.

Salary Type: Annual Salary

Salary Min: $125,000
