Commercial Lines Account Executive aka CSRs

The Commercial Lines Account Executive plays a vital role in managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This position requires a proactive individual who can navigate the complexities of the insurance industry while addressing client needs effectively. The ideal candidate will engage directly with clients, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts. Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 / Year DOE

Commercial Lines Account Executive Responsibilities:

• Manage a client load of approximately 350-400 commercial lines clients
• Handle accounts from start to finish, excluding employee benefits and statutory disability
• Provide ongoing client service and documentation in the Agency Management System
• Assist clients with inquiries and facilitate the renewal process
• Collaborate with management for continuous communication and issue escalation
• Enhance customer service skills through relevant training and courses
• Support clients in the claims process by assisting with filing and follow-up

Commercial Lines Account Executive Requirements:

• At least 2 years of insurance agency service experience
• Experience in commercial lines and multi-line insurance
• Active P&C License, covering both personal and commercial lines
• Direct client interaction experience
• Familiarity with AMS
  360 and Pl rater, with flexibility for candidates with substantial personal lines experience
