$45,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities
  • Provide new employees with user accounts, company email, and security access so they complete their assigned tasks
  • Run security checks on all of our systems to ensure we are protected from cybersecurity threats
  • Troubleshoot technological issues and solve problems quickly to ensure our business operations run smoothly
  • Perform regular maintenance for our phone systems, computer systems, computers, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment
  • Install all new technology for the company, including computer operating systems, software programs and applications, new desktops, and other computer hardware
  • Provide technical assistance to clients using our RMM & PSA tools via email, phone, and on-site support
  • Use strong communication skills to make clients feel comfortable with their technology
  • Be a team player to provide the absolute best experience to end-users
  • Work independently, leveraging effective time-management skills, while maintaining the ability to pivot as emergencies arise
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in a professional IT setting
  • Solid understanding of troubleshooting Internet connectivity, network systems, phone systems, and other technological equipment in the office
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Superb organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Capable of creating technical databases utilizing spreadsheets in Excel
  • Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux computer operating systems
  • Great customer service skills and passionate about helping our business succeed
  • Able to create detailed documentation for all tickets and SOPs
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for end-users with varying skill levels
