Pay
Minimum Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $100,700 - $136,000 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

What will you do?
- Champion the product roadmap for lodging, hospitality, and point of sale technologies and create a holistic plan that influences the guest experience across the product lifecycle
- Partner with operations, IT, subsidiary leaders, and vendor partners to capture realworld requirements, refine priorities, and translate needs into functional solutions
- Oversee internal and partner engineering efforts to ensure solutions meet requirements, align with standards, stay on budget, deliver on time, and transition smoothly into production
- Lead engineers in documenting product lines within the product catalog,maintainengineeringand support documentation, and develop training opportunities that strengthen organizational expertise
- Review technology portfolios regularly toidentifyimprovements and cost savings while ensuring the portfolioremainscurrent and aligned to overall business needs
- Serve as the primary resource for technical vendor management, build strong vendor relationships, and drive innovation by proposing new concepts and pilots that expand offerings and generate revenue
More about you
- Bachelor's degree in information systemsor related field preferred
- Minimum of 3yearsof experience with product management or product engineering functions,and at least2yearsof experience managing individual contributors
- Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, manage competing agendas and priorities, and translate complex information across internal and external audiences
- Comfortable working with matrixed teams
- Hands-on experience with agile project management, including scrum orkanban framework
- Experience working with hospitality technology, including point of sale for retail, property management systems, and integrations
- Strong understanding ofenterprisearchitectureand systems infrastructure
