OverviewWe are hiring 4 hands-on Software/Dev Ops Engineers to support technology solutions for a global banking client. This role focuses heavily on modern application development, Dev Ops practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-based services.
This is a 100% hands-on coding role. Senior-level engineers will also provide light coaching and technical guidance over time.
The team operates in a high-visibility, regulated environment and partners closely with Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders to build resilient, scalable, and compliant solutions.
Open Positions- 2 Advanced Engineers – ~5 years experience
- 2 Senior Engineers – ~7–10 years experience
Strong experience in:
- Java
- Spring Boot
- JSON
- SQL
- Git Hub
Candidates must be comfortable:
- Building and supporting modern APIs and microservices
- Managing build jobs and Jenkins pipelines
- Working within CI/CD frameworks
- Participating in incident resolution during EST business hours
- Node.js
- React.js
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or strong cloud platform understanding ( can have any cloud if needed)
- Dev Ops practices and pipeline automation
- Monitoring / automation tools (Ansible, Splunk exposure helpful)
- API development and integration
- Experience in banking or highly regulated environments
- Understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, or regulatory standards
- Familiarity with SRE practices
- Exposure to App Dynamics or Splunk
- Cloud infrastructure experience
- Design, build, and support APIs and microservices
- Develop and support internal user interfaces (React / Node.js environment)
- Contribute to architecture and connectivity solutions
- Write and maintain automated test plans (unit & integration)
- Manage packaging, build jobs, and Jenkins pipelines
- Deploy and test work through CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure code quality, consistency, and automation
- Maintain release processes and service resiliency standards (RTO focus)
- Support identification and resolution of production incidents (9–5 EST coverage)
- Collaborate with Ops, Dev, and QA teams
- Identify performance issues, alerting gaps, and defects
- Maintain strong end-to-end ownership mindset
$60/hr to $75/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
