- Work with the project leadership and architects to configure and manage the CA SSO environments.
- Provide estimates on assigned tasks.
- Communicate status of tasks to project leadership.
- Develop technical documentation.
- Configure CA Identity Manager to provide self‑service registration and workflow approvals.
- Configure CA Identity Manager to provide delegated administration.
- Configure CA Identity Manager to provide self‑service account features including profile maintenance (change email, security questions/answers, change password), forgot password and forgot username.
- Strong policy express, bulk load / TEWS interface, LAH, BLTH, and user self‑service.
- IDM console UI customization experience.
- Experience deploying CA IDM with IBM Web Sphere will be required.
- Custom connector development knowledge.
- Connector Xpress knowledge.
- Troubleshoot production issues for the CA IDM product.
- Experience in Java/J2EE development is a plus.
