We are seeking a Lead Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in Snowflake
. The role focuses on building scalable data workflows, ETL pipelines, and analytics solutions while guiding junior developers and partnering with data engineering teams.

• Perform data ingestion, ETL/ELT
  , and data transformation activities across multiple sources
• Load, extract, and manage data in Snowflake (staging, transformations, performance tuning)
• Collaborate with BI teams to support reporting and dashboarding (Power BI, etc.)
• Ensure workflow governance, version control, and best practices across environments
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize workflows for scalability
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior team members

• Strong working knowledge of Snowflake (data loading, transformations, SQL, performance tuning)
• Solid experience in data ingestion, ETL/ELT
  , and pipeline development
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets
• Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools

• Experience with Python for automation or workflow extensions
• Background in financial services, insurance, or other data‑intensive industries
