** Hybrid – Buffalo, NYMoog’s Corporate Group Is looking for a Microsoft 365 Support Specialist to join our Applications Development Team!
** To qualify for the Microsoft 365 Support Specialist, here is what we would expect you to bring to Moog…
*** An associates degree in IT, or related field, with working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, with the ability to troubleshoot common issues and provide user support.  + Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
* Must be willing to provide top notch service to internal customers, working patiently to reach efficient technical solutions and support.
* Familiarity with Power Shell, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center, is a plus.
* Previous IT support or helpdesk experience is a plus.
** As the Microsoft 365 Support Specialist you will have the following responsibilities…
** Email Support:
* Diagnose and troubleshoot service issues related to email, including mail flow, mailbox management, and security.
* Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
* Assist with migration projects and integration with other systems.

Microsoft Teams Support:
* Provide support for Teams-related issues, including chat, meetings, and collaboration tools.
* Manage Teams policies, configurations, and user permissions.
* Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.

Microsoft SharePoint Support:
* Administer and support SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, and workflows.
* Assist users with SharePoint functionality and best practices.
* Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.

General M365 Support:
* Monitor and respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
* Provide training and guidance to end-users on M365 tools and features.
* Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and implement new solutions.
* Stay up to date with the latest M365 features and updates.
