OverviewThis role leads a high-visibility transformation program spanning cloud modernization and data center initiatives, impacting multiple business and technology organizations. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering complex, multi-workstream programs that require strong technical domain expertise, executive communication, and disciplined project execution.
This position operates at a senior level and requires hands‑on ownership of planning, governance, delivery, and stakeholder alignment across engineering, operations, security, and vendor teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead enterprise-level programs affecting three or more business units and technical domains.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans across cloud and data center work streams.
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, and change control with precision and transparency.
- Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across the full program lifecycle.
- Apply expertise in cloud architecture fundamentals (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), data center operations, and migration strategies.
- Drive alignment between cloud engineering, infrastructure operations, security, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and risk management requirements.
- Deliver executive-level reporting, status updates, and steering committee communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional and vendor teams to resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and prioritize work.
- Implement corrective actions and mitigation strategies for emerging risks and issues.
- Lead multi-workstream planning and dependency management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and KPI tracking.
- Improve team performance through leadership, mentoring, and motivation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 4+ years of proven project management experience OR 6+ years total experience with at least 4 years in project management
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-organizational programs
- Strong technical & domain knowledge in cloud, data center, security, and compliance
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills
