About the role
As an Oracle Cloud Financials Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing financial solutions that enhance business operations. Your expertise in Oracle Cloud Financial modules will drive efficiency and innovation ensuring seamless integration and functionality across financial systems.
In this role, you will- Oversee the integration of Oracle Cloud Financial modules including Receivables, Cash Management, Payables, Assets, General Ledger and Expenses ensuring seamless functionality.
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Financials Cloud best practices to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Gather requirements for enhancements, design configurations, and collaborate with development teams for customizations and testing.
- Monitor and manage scheduled jobs and integrations in Oracle ERP Cloud and Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH).
- Perform root cause analysis and provide L2/L3 support for GL and FAH modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in financial operations.
- Strong hands‑on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud – General Ledger (GL) and Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), plus AP and FA modules.
- Possess strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into effective Oracle Financials Cloud solutions.
- Solid understanding of accounting rules, journal processing, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in monitoring and debugging scheduled jobs, including ESS jobs and integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently and in a distributed team environment (onsite/offshore).

Salary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $132,000 – 168,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
