Axiom Developer – Regulatory Reporting (Basel Implementation)

We are seeking an experienced Axiom Developer to support ongoing Basel-related implementation initiatives within a large financial institution. This role focuses on enhancing, configuring, and maintaining regulatory reporting solutions built on the Axiom platform.

• Develop, configure, and maintain Axiom Controller View regulatory reporting modules to meet Basel-driven reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with regulatory reporting, risk, and finance teams to translate Basel III rules into functional Axiom solutions.
• Build and refine data transformations, workflows, and reporting logic aligned with regulatory deliverables and timelines.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Axiom components to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance.
• Support testing, validation, and documentation efforts related to Basel implementation updates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams—risk, finance, data engineering—to ensure consistent, reliable, and accurate reporting outputs.

• Proven hands-on experience developing and configuring Axiom Controller View or similar Axiom regulatory reporting modules.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting concepts, data architectures, and calculation logic.
• Experience working within banking or financial services environments.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Basel III experience or prior involvement in Basel regulatory reporting or implementation efforts.
• Familiarity with capital, liquidity, or broader risk reporting frameworks.
