As a Service Now Senior Consultant, you’ll play a leading role in providing the competitive edge our clients need to overcome the biggest creative and technical challenges. You will identify and define user/customer requirements, focusing on developing user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms and creating software components that integrate seamlessly with upstream and downstream systems.

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop functional and user‑friendly interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
• Lead Service Now transformation teams, mentoring up to 5 team members and fostering a client‑visible, high‑performance culture.
• Coordinate project activities across design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
• Travel to meet clients as required.

• Lead all aspects of a Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project, including design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team (3‑5 resources, including offshore consultants).
• Provide guidance on industry best‑practice implementation and customize solutions to meet business goals.
• Analyze client capabilities and recommend actionable insights for strategic roadmaps.
• Advise on CMDB connectivity and ITOM integration with ITSM processes.
• Facilitate client workshops and design sessions, leading client process development.
• Support waterfall and agile delivery models, managing planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk logs.
• Deliver high‑quality artifacts and project documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2‑4 years of relevant Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
• Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of 2 of the following Service Now certifications:
  Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Data Foundations, or 3+ years of Big‑4 consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading and supervising teams.
• Valid driver’s license in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery or Vulnerability Response.
• Performance analytics and reporting experience (certifications a plus).
• Experience with Service Now AI solutions such as Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower.

• Competitive compensation ranging from $102,500 to $187,900 (US) with additional benefits such as medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
