• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions
• Lead and deliver high-quality SAP projects or work streams with a focus on risk management
• Oversee professional staff or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives
• Maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily
• Travel may be required based on client needs

• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or work streams. Manage requirements gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, workflow completion, documentation, and functional design; liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems
• Consistently deliver quality client services; monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in developing solutions for complex problems
• Modify policies and establish procedures within the scope of work
• Exercise sound judgment in selecting methods and criteria for obtaining results
• Functional understanding of systems development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks

• A Bachelor s degree
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with SAP FSCM modules (Credit, Collection, and Dispute Management). Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable required; exposure to other FICO modules preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members; experience with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery is desirable
• Knowledge of SAP FSCM leading practices, peer company environments, and relevant advisory experience
• Proficiency with one or more S4
  
  HANA SAP FICO modules
• FI (GL, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable); CO (cost center accounting, internal orders, project systems, product costing, COPA);
  Treasury
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
• Experience developing functional specifications and strong system configuration experience
• Relationship management, negotiation capabilities, critical thinking, and emotional agility
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs

• Prior consulting industry experience
• Exposure to other FICO modules is preferred
• SAP Certification(s) such as P_S4
  
  FIN or other finance certifications
• Experience with at least three full cycle implementations of core module
• Additional qualifications that enhance success in this role
• Prior industry experience in accounting departments
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making
