Support Specialist, Human Resources

Overview

Hourly Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

• Handles Employee Service Line (ESL) inquiries and employment verifications. Provides operational support to the HR team, assisting with special projects and delivering high level customer service to all stakeholders.
• Operates all ESL functions with excellent communication and technical ability
• Fulfills all reception duties at Elmwood and other locations as needed, may need to travel to other locations
• Scans and uploads documentation to employee files
• Manages HR Documents and ESL mailbox and directs to appropriate parties
• Provides employment verifications
• Assists with sorting, distributing and posting mail in the absence of Office Coordinator, HR and/or Coordinator, Mailroom
• May provide support to Senior Leadership Team in the absence of the Office Manager
• Processes returned mail and updates employee address as needed
• Provides training for new employees to the team
• Completes special HR projects as assigned by supervisor
• Complies with all agency policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of related experience.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
