Position: Human Resource (Diversity and Inclusion Consultant)

Job Title:
Human Resource (Diversity and Inclusion Consultant) (Hybrid)

Duration: 07 Months Contract + Possibilities of Extension

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) / Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct research and trend monitoring on global people practices, protected categories, emerging risks, and early indicators; synthesize insights to inform strategy, practice updates, and proactive risk mitigation. Research traditional sources, key reports, and alternative media, including early adopters, and unconventional indicators, to support benchmarking and regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Identify and evaluate best practices and innovative approaches within and outside the industry; translate findings into recommendations that support piloting, iteration, and continuous improvement of programs.
  • Provide end-to-end project management to drive program objectives, planning, implementation activities, processes development and documentation, and communications for program/process roll out, as well as evaluations and ongoing support.
  • Execute the day-to-day program management and optimization for associate-facing Putting People First offerings, ensuring strong execution and consistent associate experience.
  • Maintain tools, playbooks, and process documentation, ensuring materials remain current, scalable, and aligned with enterprise expectations.
  • Partner with stakeholders across our business, Associate Experience Network (HR), and Associate Resource Groups to support bringing our strategy to life.
  • Support development and execution of internal and external communications and reports. Tell the story in a manner that is understood and resonates across stakeholders.
  • Support company wide education and engagement initiatives including but not limited to:
  • Develop trainings, tools / resources, content curation across platforms, etc., ensuring materials are designed through a human-centric and inclusive lens, processes and frameworks are fair and have corresponding measures of success.
  • Develop content for internal presentations to committees, departments, and cross-functional teams.
  • Support data tracking and measurement of key initiatives, ensuring accuracy, monitoring progress, and translating findings into actionable insights that inform strategy and drive process enhancements and efficiencies.
  • Manages timely execution for all internal and external (customer and industry) reporting requirements, partnering with cross functional teams to gather, validate, and deliver data.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting human resources, belonging and business strategy;
    Experience in the food industry a plus.
  • Experience with survey platforms and people analytics tools.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with external partners.
  • Experience with change management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to large audiences.
  • Ability to create and tell stories to maximize impact across a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrated project management and strong facilitation skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results.
  • Ability to influence without authority; support shaping and design of existing and future strategies and programs.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills; able to research broad or ambiguous topics and synthesize insights reporting out relevant information.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, complexity, and highly dynamic environments.
  • Must be resourceful; willing and able to figure out who or where to look for information.
  • Willingness to pressure test what exists, challenge old ways of working, and support systems level change with patience.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, ability to collaborate across informal and formal networks.
  • Empathetic; honors, respects and celebrates difference.
  • Microsoft Office 365 proficient (i.e. use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.
