The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring an Operations Manager to join our team at Waybound Yosemite, located next to Tenaya Lodge in Fish Camp, California. In this role, you will serve as the primary host of the property, ensuring every guest feels like an insider and reinforcing Waybound as an intimate destination for meaningful connection.
You will oversee day-to-day operations—including lodging, food and beverage, retail, and overall guest experience—while working hands-on with teams to deliver strong operational performance, financial success, and exceptional service.

PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $78,400 - $105,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

- Champion guest loyalty by ensuring personalized service across all touchpoints and responding to feedback with professionalism and effective solutions
- Drive revenue and profitability by projecting business demand, managing expenses responsibly, and contributing to long-term planning and community engagement initiatives
- Ability to drive company vehicles throughout property to support operation
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience at a similar property or resort with exposure to multiple operational areas
- Strong financial acumen and experience supporting P&L management
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Tenaya Lodge is a 4-diamond resort located just outside the south entrance to Yosemite National Park. Delaware North owns and operates the AAA Four Diamond-rated Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite dating back to 2002. Tenaya is an all-season resort featuring lodge rooms and cottage rooms, 50 Explorer Cabins, a rich range of recreational activities, a luxury spa, ample meeting and event space, indoor and outdoor pools, and five dining venues located on the property.
