The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Team Members Housing Manager to join our team at Tenaya Lodge At Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Housing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of team member housing operations, including property management, health and safety, documentation, and team member experience. This is a year‑round position and manager housing is provided.
PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $70,304 - $88,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

- Lead, schedule, and develop the HR and Housing Support team while promoting positive team member relations
- Oversee housing operations including inspections, room readiness, occupancy management, and maintenance coordination
- Ensure compliance with housing guidelines, company policies, and safety standards; document and report incidents promptly
- Partner with HR on housing onboarding and offboarding, including orientation and move‑in and move‑out coordination
- Maintain accurate records and reports for occupancy, inspections, and housing documentation
- Support corporate initiatives and team member programs including transportation and recreation activities that foster community
- Ability to drive company vehicles and throughout property and transport team members as required
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- PHR or SHRM‑CP certification strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, operations, or management, preferably in a seasonal environment including high volume non‑exempt workers, with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- Musthave a valid California driver’s license
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual in Spanishstronglypreferred
- Must be able to work weekends,evenings,and holidays based on the needs of the business
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Tenaya Lodge is a 4‑diamond resort located just outside the south entrance to Yosemite National Park.
