As an Operations Manager, you will take on a hands‑on role, responsible for overseeing and optimising all operational aspects of the facilities to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Oversee daily operations across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, activities, ensuring seamless service delivery

- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategies that enhance guest experiences and streamline operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and policies, while managing labor and costs to align with budget goals
- Engage directly with guests throughout their stay, addressing feedback and ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to departure
- Qualifications in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may substitute
- Proven hands‑on experience in accommodation venue management, or a similar management role
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Comfortable managing a P&L with an in depth understanding of labor costs, budgeting, and forecasting
- Current First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software, Opera strongly preferred
