The GME Accreditation Manager at the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences plays a critical role in ensuring compliance and excellence across more than 72 ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs. This position serves as the ACGME Institutional Coordinator and manages accreditation-related processes, including program director and resident complement changes, oversight of the Accreditation Data System (ADS), and coordination of institutional and program-specific site visits.
The role involves strategic planning, data analysis, and collaboration with leadership, hospital partners, and program teams to maintain accreditation standards and support continuous improvement. The GME Accreditation Manager also supervises committee activities, develops educational resources, and contributes to policy and process enhancements within a dynamic, team-based environment.
