Overview

The McGuire Group is hiring a Medicare Insurance Consultant to provide expert guidance on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and Part D plans
. This role supports individuals and families with Medicare enrollment, plan selection, and ongoing coverage questions
.

📍 Western NY | Full-Time | Monday-Friday

• Educate members on Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and Part D options
• Conduct Medicare needs assessments and recommend compliant plans
• Assist with Medicare enrollment, changes, and annual reviews
• Ensure CMS and Medicare compliance standards are met
• Deliver exceptional customer service and clear plan education

• Experience in Medicare sales, Medicare consulting, or health insurance preferred
• Active health insurance license (or ability to obtain)
• Knowledge of CMS guidelines and Medicare enrollment periods
• Strong communication, documentation, and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused
