Overview

We are a well-established pediatric private practice in Ithaca, NY, with a team of 13 medical providers, behavioral health specialists, and a care coordinator. • Provide care from birth to age 21, including newborn visits, well-child exams, acute illness management, and mental health support, within a collaborative team.
• Outpatient role with an average of 16 patients daily; no on-call or inpatient duties.

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 2+ years of pediatric clinical experience.
• Prefer lactation expertise (CLC or IBCLC) or willingness to obtain training.
• NY licensure; strong communication skills; commitment to family-centered, evidence-based care.

Compensation ranges from $50–$60/hr plus bonuses, with benefits such as PTO, CME stipend, health insurance, retirement, and flexible scheduling.
