CORE Licensed Provider

Overview

The CORE licensed provider offers face-to-face mobile services to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders in a community setting.

• Provide goal-directed, person-centered support and solution-focused interventions to help clients achieve recovery goals.
• Identify treatment strategies to minimize the impact of mental health symptoms and environmental stressors.
• Offer supportive counseling, emotional/behavioral management, and problem behavior analysis to individuals and families.
• Facilitate strengths-based planning and help clients recognize triggers to maintain community living.
• Implement evidence-based interventions from established psychotherapeutic modalities.
• Support families and significant supports influencing the individual s condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in supervision, meetings, and professional development.

Qualifications include licensure (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LMHC), ≥3 years community experience, strong interpersonal skills, cultural responsiveness, and proficiency with EHRs. Bilingual candidates and those with lived recovery experience are encouraged to apply.
