About the RoleAs an assistant practice manager, you’ll play a key role in positive patient experiences by supporting customer service and daily operations with the practice manager.
Responsibilities- Manages site-level customer service and front desk staff
- Supports training of front desk staff on workflows, procedures, and customer service
- Manages front desk metrics for the site, monitors front desk data collection and holds staff accountable to workflows
- Conducts rounds of the site and collaborates with departments for a smooth flow of day
- Collaborates across the site to optimize the flow of the day, including addressing patient or staff concerns
- Performs provider schedule audits to identify and correct scheduling errors
- Manages huddle sheet and runs the daily site huddle when needed
You will primarily work at Blasdell and travel to other Neighborhood locations as needed.
Education and Skills- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
- 1-3 years of experience preferred

Compensation: $68,000 - 82,000 based on a full time, 40 hour work week. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.
