Resident Insurance Navigator – The McGuire Group. Full Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday. Cheektowaga, NY | Experience Based Pay Range $20.00/hr – $25.00/hr the McGuire Group is hiring a Resident Insurance Navigator to support residents and families in understanding Medicare coverage options while in our skilled nursing centers.
- Educate residents and family members on Medicare A, B, C, D and Medigap
- Review insurance plans and break down costs and coverage differences
- Assist with enrollment or disenrollment when appropriate
- Support social workers and admissions teams
- Document all counseling and communication thoroughly
- Ideal candidate has hands-on experience completing Medicare enrollments
- 1+ year of Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance navigation experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple cases
- High school diploma or GED required
Cheektowaga, NY — In person
Monday–Friday, daytime hours
