Job DescriptionThe Grant Coordinator is a key member of the Grants Team within the Foundations of Kaleida Health. This position plays an essential role in maintaining compliance across all active grant awards and supporting the organization’s ability to responsibly manage external funding. The Grant Coordinator helps safeguard system resources by ensuring compliance to federal, state, foundation, and internal grant requirements and by coordinating timely submission of all required financial and programmatic reports.
Working closely with the Foundation Grants Team, Finance Grant Team, and System Grant Leads, the Grant Coordinator ensures that funded projects remain in good standing, required documentation is submitted on time, and potential risks or compliance issues are identified early. The position strengthens Kaleida Health’s capacity for grant oversight, audit readiness, and system-wide accountability.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience3 Years experience in grant administration, compliance, or fiscal oversight within a healthcare, university, or nonprofit setting required. 2 Years experience in project tracking, audit documentation, or database management required. 2 years of Community Programmatic Work preferred.

$28.79 - $39.59 per hour. Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
